Beacon Property Inspections has been in business since 1998. This is not a long time when compared to other inspection companies with one or numerous inspectors. BPI however has been owned and operated by one person; one person that believes the only way to do an inspection is to be thorough, objective, honest, and accurate giving you the FACTS, both Good & Bad. The Owner / Inspector / Reporter has two engineering technology degrees from Purdue University, a working knowledge of the building systems and the ability to explain them in layman's terms.

John holds membership as a Certified Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors, (ASHI) and is a Radon Residential Measurement Provider, adhering to the protocols of the National Radon Proficiency Program.
